The High Park Condos by NorthDrive Investments and Quadrangle Architects is to be located here–1990 Bloor Street West at Parkview Gardens–beside High Park subway station and across the street from High Park. A rather fantastic location we think! The sales centre appears to be under construction at 2124 Bloor Street West, beside Rawlicious. This will be the eventual phase 2 site. Looking Northwest from Bloor Street West:
