We’re tempted to go sledding down this slope deep into the pit of King Charlotte Condominiums. Would the royal family join in on the fun?

Sadly we missed the great flood of 2013–King Charlotte went for a bath. The site is drained so excavation can continue. Looking East from Charlotte Street Toronto.

The King of demolition on Charlotte Street?

It took just one week to demolish the elderly building at 11 Charlotte Street Toronto. Now the hard work begins: cleanup, shoring, digging out the pit, pouring concrete and setting rebar, installing window wall and finishing your suite. Surely the fiery redhead will turn us on in the process!?
